1I like the design of a particular t-shirt, but I was hoping to get it in a sweatshirt instead. Can I change the type of apparel?
Yes. When you click on the specific design, the options will show up on the right side of the page, along with the color and sizing options.
2When will my order arrive?
Our online vendor (Teespring) prints and ships orders directly to buyers every three days. Your order will arrive 10-14 business days later.
3Does Palmetto PTSA have a physical school store this year?
No, the on-campus school store is not operating any longer. This online store is your only option for PTSA-sponsored school uniform items.
4How come there aren’t more colorful options included in the Palmetto High store?
All shirts comply with uniform policy at Palmetto, so Navy Blue, Columbia Blue, White, and Grey are the colors of most of the shirts. If there is a particular other shirt or design that you would like, contact us and we will try to make it available for you in our general store.
5Can I propose a Charity of the Month?
Sure. We are happy to consider recommendations. We strive to support a variety of causes and geographical areas, and are especially interested in working with organizations who will partner with us to bring attention to our site during the month of their sponsorship in order to maximize our donation. 6Will you design a custom tshirt for my organization?
Yes. We will work with you to create a custom design and make it available on our General Interest Online Store. This is a good option for Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, family reunions, etc. We can also work with clubs/organizations at Miami Palmetto Senior High to make special t-shirts available in the Palmetto Senior Online Store.
7I got an email confirmation from Teespring. What is Teespring?
Teespring is the company which manufactures and ships our items, which makes it possible to offer a wide variety of designs in a wide variety of sizes and styles. Every three days, they print all the items that have been purchased on our store and ship them out.
8Why does the item say I have a certain amount of time left to order?
Teespring, the company which custom manufacturers and ships our clothing, works on a "campaign" basis. It fills our orders after each "campaign," which for our store is every 3 days. The campaigns auto-renew, so there is no actual deadline to order. Please disregard all references to the "available until" day or to the number of days left to order.
9I'd like SharingWear to operate an online store for my school, club or organization. Is that an option?
Absolutely! We are actively looking to partner with new organizations on custom stores. Depending on the size and type of organization, all profits will go to your organization or be shared with the Charity of the Month. Please contact Nicole Markus at sharingwear@gmail.com to discuss.
